Chronic headaches, neck, shoulder, lower back muscle spasms, and sciatica in right hip

Bed rest, massage, water aerobics, and over the counter pain medication
What were the results of previous methods?
They gave me some relief for a few hours at a time, but the pain would return worse than before.

The changes in my health are all positive. I no longer take pain relievers and I am able to rest at night and work without exhaustion.

I believe early and regular chiropractic care can prevent many problems, reduce recovery time from accidents and injuries, ease chronic conditions without invasive surgery and drugs, and should be a part of all healthcare.

My neck was extremely stiff and it was painful to move it. I was in a lot of pain.
Describe any previous methods of health care.
I continued to take ibuprofen but it did not get any better. The pain would travel across my shoulders and down my back.
What were the results of previous methods?
I found nothing to help the pain.

I am able to move my neck and I am now pain free. I am also able to stand on my feet for long periods of time without experiencing back pain.

With monthly visits I have noticed less headaches, less stiffness and no pain!

Lydia’s head tilted to one side and she could not turn it to the other side on her own. She spit up frequently, would not nap during the day, and was very fussy or crying most of the time.

Acid reflux medication and neck stretches
What were the results of previous methods?
The medication was stopped after two weeks because it didn’t seem to improve her symptoms. The stretching seemed to help her neck mobility only slightly.

Almost immediately we saw an improvement in her fussiness-she was smiling more and crying less. She began taking naps during the day and spit up only rarely. She could turn her head on her own after only a couple of adjustments.
